As part of humanity's heritage, and because of their aesthetic, historical and sociological interest, the administration of the Culture(s) and Regards oubliés d'enfants du monde collections has been entrusted to Fondation Donnadieu by their owner, Ludovic Donnadieu. The aim of this initiative is to share these works with as many people as possible, particularly young people and their families, in order to promote the values espoused by the Foundation.

La Regards oubliés d'enfants du monde collection (Forgotten gazes of children from around the world) brings together 50 postcards of children from 35 countries on 5 continents, at the beginning of the 20th century.

These children's gazes take us back to bygone eras, revealing lifestyles, customs and traditions that have mostly disappeared.

These images are a unique window on an ancient world, reminding us of theuniversality of the human experience, beyond geographical and social boundaries.

It is important to note, however, that some of these photographs were taken in contexts of ideological propaganda, which may have undermined the integrity of certain cultures and beliefs.
