The Fondation Donnadieu team is structured around a Steering Committee, an Audit Committee and specialized consultants involved in project implementation. Made up of highly qualified professionals, our team is fully aware of children's issues and is committed to this cause, while rigorously respecting professional requirements and ethical principles.

Management

The Fondation Donnadieu is headed by Ludovic Donnadieu, its founder.
He is a chartered accountant, statutory auditor and founder of Donnadieu & Associésan auditing and financial consultancy firm specializing in securing funds entrusted to international NGOs.
The son of a sculptor, he developed an early appreciation for culture, particularly during an expatriation to Côte d'Ivoire in 1998, where he became deeply passionate about the ritual art of Sub-Saharan Africa. Since then, he has built two collections, which he shares through the Donnadieu Foundation to support its initiatives for children in need.

Audit Committee

To secure the finances of the Fondation Donnadieu, the firm Donnadieu & Associés, a long-standing partner of the Foundation specializing in the financial security of international NGOs, provides the Foundation with an audit team free of charge, responsible for verifying its expenditures, prior to the audits conducted by the statutory auditor of la Fondation pour l’Enfance.
This committee ensures the legitimacy and compliance of the Foundation’s expenditures, particularly by respecting the donors’ intentions regarding the use of their donations.

Donnadieu & Associés is a highly reputed auditing firm, 100% dedicated to securing the funds entrusted to international solidarity organizations.

Member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the Compagnie des Commissaires aux ComptesDonnadieu & Associés works with NGOs, foundations and public funders working to protect life in the fields of humanitarian and social action, development, the environment and advocacy, in France and abroad, with no restrictions on destinations.

As a long-standing partner of the Fondation, Donnadieu & Associés sets up its Audit Committee on a voluntary basis, to ensure the legitimacy and regularity of expenditure incurred by the Fondation, in particular with regard to respect for donors' wishes concerning the use of their donations.

Since the Fondation pour l’Enfance, which oversees the Fondation Donnadieu, does not allow the development of commercial activities within its structure, all commercial activities related to the sale of cultural products and services have been entrusted to Donnadieu Ltd., a company created specifically for this purpose, including through the store featured on this website.

To support the actions of the Fondation Donnadieu, a substantial portion of the profits is transferred to the foundation.

Co-founded in 1963 by Princess Grace of Monaco and chaired by H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, the World Association of Children's Friends (AMADE) is guided by a single vision: a world where every child, regardless of their social, religious, or cultural background, can live with dignity, safety, and respect for their fundamental rights.

The foundation of AMADE's commitment to children lies in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the international community.
